2 killed, 1 injured in Roselle motorcycle accident

Over the weekend, a tragic accident involving a motorcycle and a car in Roselle resulted in two deaths. Authorities are still investigating the accident, and toxicology tests are being conducted by the DuPage County Coroner’s office in order to determine whether alcohol or drugs were factors in the fatal motorcycle crash. Authorities reported that speed may have also been a factor in the accident. The accident occurred when a motorcyclist crashed into the driver’s side of a car. The driver of the car was killed in the impact. The motorcyclist was also killed.

It is important that accidents are thoroughly investigated so that victims can obtain the compensation they need and deserve from negligent drivers. This is especially true when it comes to side-impact collisions, like the collision that occurred between the motorcycle and car over the weekend. Since side-impact collisions often occur at open intersections, negligent drivers and their insurance companies may try to place the blame on innocent motorists for causing accidents by violating right-of-way laws.

According to reports, the fatal Roselle accident occurred on Saturday evening. A 35-year-old man and his 13-year-old son were leaving a bowling alley. The man attempted to make a left turn when the motorcycle crashed into the side of his car. The motorcyclist was killed in the accident. The driver was fatally injured in the crash as well because the motorcycle had slammed into the driver’s side of the vehicle. The man’s son survived the crash.

Many folks are now wondering who was responsible for the fatal accident. Some might assume that the driver of the vehicle was responsible since the driver was attempting to make a left turn at an intersection, which means the driver may have been obligated to yield to the motorcyclist. However, witnesses reported that the motorcyclist was speeding before the crash occurred.
