$300,000 Recovery for Motorcycle Accident Victim in DuPage County

Mark T. Schneid and Daniel R. Chaidez obtained a $300,000 recovery for our client who was injured in a motorcycle crash. On August 20, 2015, our client was riding his 2008 Harley-Davidson motorcycle when a driver of an oncoming van made a left turn directly into our client, striking his left leg. After the impact, our client lost control of his motorcycle and struck a nearby mailbox. He sustained a left leg fracture that required surgery as well as broken teeth.

Indeed, the thing that makes riding a motorcycle so much fun -- feeling the wind against your skin and feeling like you are one with the road -- causes motorcyclists to be more at risk than vehicle drivers when they are involved in an accident.
