Mathys & Schneid recently settled a motorcycle injury claim for $1.25 million. In that case, a minivan pulled away from a stop sign and cut off our client’s path, forcing our client to ditch his motorcycle and slide into the minivan. Our client suffered serious spinal cord and head injuries, requiring multiple surgeries. For more information, please see our blog entry on the settlement.
