A motorcycle crash in Des Plaines has left a 21 year-old man in critical condition. The crash occurred on April 29, 2015 at 7:00 pm at the intersection of Golf Road and Mount Prospect Road when a minivan turned left in front of the motorcycle.

Authorities say that the motorcyclist, 21 year-old Michael Fudala, was southbound on Mount Prospect Road when a northbound minivan had partially turned left onto westbound Golf Road. After the impact, Fudala was ejected from his motorcycle. Paramedics rushed Fudala to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, where he is still currently listed in critical condition. Investigators are still trying to determine the cause of the crash.
