Since January 1, 2014, Illinois banned the use of all hand-held devices while driving. Hands-free technology is permitted, including bluetooth, headsets and speakerphones. Also, if you are stopped in normal traffic and your vehicle is in neutral or park, it is permissible to use an electronic device. 21-year-old killed in motorcycle accident with car

A young man from Ukraine was riding his motorcycle through Highland Park when he was involved in an accident with a car. There were three people in that car, and they all escaped without any injuries. However, the motorcyclist was killed. He was just 21 years old.
