Fatal collisions involving semi-trucks are often highly contested. It is important to retain an experienced personal injury attorney to thoroughly investigate the circumstances of the crash. Oftentimes, we retain experts to conduct independent investigations to determine what actually happened in the critical periods leading up to a crash. Recently, our truck accident lawyers settled a highly-contested wrongful death lawsuit for $2 million for the family of their deceased children despite initial investigations blaming our client for the crash.
